New Fire Rating Assessment from the CSIRO

Here at Obeco Glass Blocks we constantly strive for greater technical knowledge and capabilities. We have been working with the CSIRO to update and assess our fire rated systems and we are proud to present the most up to date and comprehensive assessment for glass blocks available.

CSIRO Assessment Number FCO 2779 Rev C now includes:

- Increases to maximum heights

- New reinforcing layouts

- the new Fuchs Design glass block capable of achieving a FRL of -/120/120. The highest fire rating available in glass blocks!

Along with the new assessment we have updated all our fire rated drawings to make it easier for specifying and detailing.
